Respectful Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10PM - 7AM ET, daily). Additional details can be found in the St. Johns County Noise Ordinance (Ord. 2015-19). To avoid additional cleaning or replacement charges, please tidy up excessive messes before departure and report any spills or accidents promptly. Dogs are allowed (max 2) for a fee of $150. All droppings must be picked up and sealed in plastic bags and disposed of in the outdoor trash can in the back right of the house. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply for pet-related messes including hair, dropping removal, etc. Please return furniture, appliances, and equipment to its original place and treat our home with care. To ensure the comfort of all guests and our neighbors, hosting parties or events or booking through third-party services are strictly not allowed. Violations of this policy will unfortunately necessitate ending your stay early and additional fees. No more than the maximum number of guests are allowed to stay or visit the property. This is in accordance with St. John’s County Ordinance Section 2.02.04.B.19. There will be a per person fee for extra guests that have not been disclosed and pre-approved in your booking. Security system: For the well-being of all guests, please do not adjust or cover the security cameras on the property. We appreciate your understanding that any tampering with these systems will require us to end your stay early and result in the loss of your remaining reservation. Damage Policy We understand accidents happen. However, guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, including furnishings, appliances, and indoor/outdoor equipment. Please report any damage immediately so we can address it. Additional Important Information ● Internet Use: Our Wi-Fi is provided for your enjoyment. Please use it responsibly and refrain from any illegal or explicit online activities. If you sign into your entertainment services on the TVs, be sure to sign out before departure. We cannot guarantee this will be done for you. ● Parking: Parking is limited to the garage and driveway (maximum 5 cars). Please be careful to not impede on the grass as there are sprinkler heads in place. No street parking is allowed. ● You must be at least 21 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is strictly monitored and enforced.
